The recruitment of staff and students who are located in the temporarily occupied and controlled territories is underway. Representatives of local authorities say that a large number of students continue to stay in temporarily uncontrolled territories. Oleksandr Starukh assured that only after looking at the full picture will it be possible to organize a safe environment for all participants in the educational process. He also paid attention to the importance of technical support for all teachers.

- There must be a principal-teacher-grandparent-child contact. We will develop a strong communication system with students to organize this school year. By understanding the needs and problems, we will be able to create a workable model, - said the head of the ZOVA.

Heads of territorial communities also continue to watch out for instances of collaboration among teachers and ensure that decisions are made in accordance with Ukrainian law. These measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of all participants in the educational process.

Speaking about the heating season, the director of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Building Development of the ZOVA Vitaliy Litvinenko noted that the gas supply mains on the territories are damaged or destroyed, which complicates the heating season and stimulates the search of new variants of providing the civilian population with heating. Currently, the purchase of alternative types of fuel and the necessary equipment is in progress.

Speaking about employment of people who came from the temporarily occupied territories, the Zaporizhzhya Regional Employment Center notes that now a wide range of job offers is available to all those willing to work. On September 14, 2022, the mobile dovkill monitoring laboratory continued to work in full-time mode.

During the day the planned monitoring of atmospheric air on the territory of the residential building on the north-north, north-west direction of the flare of emissions during the day in the points on the street. Record, Bud.27 , Pr. 15-a, Novokuznetskogo str. Novokuznetsk, Bud. 20-a, Profspilok, Bud. 2, at night time at the point on Vol. Pivnichne Shose, Bud. 10.

The investigations were carried out on the following substances: general saw, particulate saw of 2.5 microns diameter (PM2.5), particulate saw of 10 microns diameter (PM10), carbon oxide, formaldehyde, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxide, ozone, chlorine.

Taking into account the significant number of requests from the public, the atmospheric air samples were selected for examination by the sanitary and hygienic laboratory of the installation for the content of phenol, ammonia, sulfur dioxide.

During the year 20 samples of atmospheric air were taken for investigation and 14 gamma-background measurements were made.

📌 Exceeding of norms of harmful substances in atmospheric air was detected:

📍 Metalurgov Ave. Metallurgov, Bud. 15-a - on the east-north direction of the wind during the period 09:32 - 10:32 years:
- sulfur dioxide - 0.011 mg/m3, 1.38 times higher than the MAC
- phenol - 0.015 mg/m3, 1.5 times the upper limit

📍 Vul. Profspilok, Bud. 2 - along the east-north direction of the wind during the period 20:11 - 21:11 years:
- sulfur dioxide - 0.0097 mg/m3, 1.2 times higher than the MAC

The average concentration of saw dust on 14.08.2022 on the day at the observation point at 27, Recordova str. Recordna, 27 was established:

-drainwater-dispersed saw PM2.5 - 11 µg/m3, which does not exceed the WHO recommended average concentration of 15 µg/m3;
-dibnodispersive PM10 - 27 µg/m3, which does not exceed the WHO recommended average concentration of 45 µg/m3.

Concentration of dry particulate matter was assessed in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (Publications WHO global air quality guidelines.
