The rules of warfare, the rules that were developed including by MAGATE, unfortunately, they do not work or some of them are no longer effective and they must be corrected. Enough time has passed since June to take effective steps that can influence the situation, - the head of the OVA confirmed.

But the Ukrainian Armed Forces hold the line and give the invaders an effective response. Attempts by the guerrillas to improve the tactical situation in the areas of Pavlivka and Novosilky were unsuccessful.
