Two years ago district, municipal and regional councils elected more than 200 deputies, or to be more precise 49 deputies aged 18-21. A third of them were nominated by the "Servant of the People" party.

Two thirds of deputies-"juniors" were parents of politicians or local officials. Most of this group of candidates ran in the same districts as their political parents and represented the same party. This considerably guaranteed the victory, because it was about the territory already covered with branded buckwheat.

The 21-year-old deputies were elected in all regions of Ukraine. But about a third of the "juniors" received a mandate in the local councils of the Lviv and Kyiv regions.

Half of the youngest deputies stated in their biographies that they had higher education for participation in the elections. Apparently, students who only received their higher education often did so.

🙆♂️ Of the 30 deputies-parents analyzed, 24 received first or third places in the district lists of their parties. Another candidate won a single list of his/her party.

Thus, only two out of 30 young parents of politicians and officials won the elections as a result of their competitive struggle in their constituency. All the others received seats on the lists from the parties, which in fact guaranteed their mandates.

The developed methodology refers to a quantitative assessment, which will allow to estimate the damage and the amount of damage to enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership as a result of destruction or damage to their property due to the conduct of military operations. The methodology will also allow to identify losses from lost profits due to impossibility or disadvantages in the conduct of business activities by enterprises which incurred real losses.

In addition, the document provides methodological guidelines for determining the amount of costs required to restore the property and property rights of the affected entities.

The assessment of losses is made by independent appraisers and court experts on the basis of the companies' documents on the characteristics of the damaged property, data on its market value. Indirect damage is analyzed by the results of the examination of the damaged object or photo and video materials, satellite images.

The methodology is intended to provide two objectives: to create a mechanism for determining the exact amount of damages and to regulate the collection of evidence base for their deductibility. The developed algorithm will allow us to use the data in criminal proceedings in Ukraine, as well as in international courts for full compensation from the aggressor - said Acting Head of MDCF Olga Batova.

Cholera is transmitted by fecal-oral route from person to person, most often by ingestion of contaminated water, vegetables, fruits, bathing, as well as through food and by casual contacts. Without proper treatment it can lead to death. The source of the infection is the person who has contracted the disease or the nose of the vibrio.

Cholerae vibrio can survive in water for a long time, in food products at room temperature for 2-5 days, on the surface of fruits and vegetables under sunlight for 8 years, at low temperatures and in seawater for 2 or more days, in the intestines of individual river and sea creatures for several months.

🔺Symptoms of cholera:

🔹 Frequent, up to 10 or more times per day, passing. Due to this the body loses a large amount of fluid. As a result - blood thickening and anhydration;
🔹 The body's blood vessels, which are caused by the loss of microelements;
🔹 aggravation of facial rice, drooping of the eyes, turning blue of the lips and the eardrums;
🔹 cold skin. Cholera is accompanied by normal or even reduced body temperature;
🔹 loss of tenderness of the skin, so that it creases easily and takes a long time to repair, and the skin of the feet and hands becomes wrinkled;
🔹 Backache, sharp weakness.

For the first symptoms you should immediately contact your doctor!

🔺 To prevent cholera you need to follow these rules:

🔹 Boil water. When you boil water, cholera vibrio is killed for one minute;
🔹 Adhere to elementary rules of personal hygiene, wash your hands carefully before taking or cooking food, after using the toilet;
🔹 watch the quality of food and do not eat it if you have doubts about its preservation and suitability;
🔹 If possible, use special products (pills) to decontaminate the water before boiling it;
🔹 soak the vegetables before consumption, if there are doubts about the quality of the water, do not consume the fruits and vegetables without heat treatment;
🔹 Preferably prepare food, cook it and lubricate it before eating it.

📌 Remember! If treatment is begun promptly, non-intensive cholera will end in complete suffocation. In the absence of effective therapy for 2-3 days, the patient may develop coma, with possible lethal consequences.

Cholerae vibrio can survive in water for a long time, in food products at room temperature for 2-5 days, on the surface of fruits and vegetables under sunlight for 8 years, at low temperatures and in seawater for 2 or more days, in the intestines of individual river and sea creatures for several months.

🔺Symptoms of cholera:

🔹 Frequent, up to 10 or more times per day, passing. Due to this the body loses a large amount of fluid. As a result - blood thickening and anhydration;
🔹 The body's blood vessels, which are caused by the loss of microelements;
🔹 aggravation of facial rice, drooping of the eyes, turning blue of the lips and the eardrums;
🔹 cold skin. Cholera is accompanied by normal or even reduced body temperature;
🔹 loss of tenderness of the skin, so that it creases easily and takes a long time to repair, and the skin of the feet and hands becomes wrinkled;
🔹 Backache, sharp weakness.

For the first symptoms you should immediately contact your doctor!

🔺 To prevent cholera you need to follow these rules:

🔹 Boil water. When you boil water, cholera vibrio is killed for one minute;
🔹 Adhere to elementary rules of personal hygiene, wash your hands carefully before taking or cooking food, after using the toilet;
🔹 watch the quality of food and do not eat it if you have doubts about its preservation and suitability;
🔹 If possible, use special products (pills) to decontaminate the water before boiling it;
🔹 soak the vegetables before consumption, if there are doubts about the quality of the water, do not consume the fruits and vegetables without heat treatment;
🔹 Preferably prepare food, cook it and lubricate it before eating it.

📌 Remember! If treatment is begun promptly, non-intensive cholera will end in complete suffocation. In the absence of effective therapy for 2-3 days, the patient may develop coma, with possible lethal consequences.
