The attendants insulted the memory of the killed man with a grueling sword. Oleksandr Starukh offered his condolences to the hero's family - his girlfriend Oksana and daughter Elizaveta, as well as to his comrades-in-arms.

- Today we are remembering a man, your comrade, who gave his life to protect others. During the war, when Russia attacked our country, we regretfully lose our brothers and sisters, our beautiful brothers and daughters of the state every day. This was the case on that day, the occupants started to use fire to attack civilian infrastructure and civilians. They also fired another shot to hurt the workers who were the killers. I express my sympathy to my daughter Oksana Yelizaveta. Your father was truly a hero, he was mourning people. And this is the highest demonstration of human qualities and intentions," said Oleksandr Starukh.

By decree of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky for personal courage, selfless actions, displayed in protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, sergeant of civil protection service Yevgen Donets was posthumously awarded with the order for courage of the third degree. - Today we are remembering a man, your comrade, who gave his life to protect others. During the war, when Russia attacked our country, we regretfully lose our brothers and sisters, our beautiful brothers and daughters of the state every day. This was the case on that day, the occupants started to use fire to attack civilian infrastructure and civilians. They also fired another shot to hurt the workers who were the killers. I express my sympathy to my daughter Oksana Yelizaveta. Your father was truly a hero, he was mourning people. And this is the highest demonstration of human qualities and intentions," Oleksandr Starukh said.
