It has been established that the DRG was formed by the Russian military intelligence personnel to carry out illegal activities on the territory of Ukraine. A citizen of the temporarily occupied Luhansk, who was actively involved in combat operations against the ATO forces on the territory of Ukraine, was included in its ranks.

According to the instructions of the coordinator from Moscow, he used his connections among the criminal groups to convince the killers to commit murders.
