В області продовжують виявляти нелегальних перевізників

🚌 Управління транспорту та зв’язку Запорізької обласної військової адміністрації продовжує виявляти на ринку пасажирських перевезень нелегальних перевізників. Не маючи дозвільних документів для здійснення відповідного виду господарської діяльності, страхового поліса, не сплачуючи податки - своєю протиправною діяльністю нелегальні перевізники несуть загрозу безпековій ситуації та завдають значної економічної шкоди легальним транспортним фірмам.

Так, за ініціативи Управління 23 серпня організовано спільний моніторинг якості транспортних перевезень. До перевірки традиційно долучились представники Національної поліції та Відділу державного нагляду (контролю) у Запорізькій області Державної служби України з безпеки на транспорті.

Моніторинг провели в обласному центрі на Майдані Волі та на Оріхівському шосе, 10. Всього під час перевірок було оглянуто 9 автобусів. При проведенні перевірок було виявлено автобуси компанії, якою надавалися послуги з перевезення пасажирів з порушеннями.

Фахівці склали 2 акти щодо перевезення пасажирів без відповідних документів: порушник отримав штраф у розмірі тридцяти неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян. Крім цього, співробітниками Нацполіції були складені матеріали: 6 постанов через керування водієм транспортним засобом, що має несправності, 1 постанова за порушення правил надання послуг та вимог безпеки при наданні послуг з перевезення пасажирів, 1 постанова за порушення правил дорожнього руху.
