Also, physicians may not ask patients to come in indirectly for a follow-up examination during the period of military status to confirm a permanent impairment of bodily functions due to illness, injury or birth defects that cause disruption of a person's ability to live.

In order to facilitate medical and social expertise, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Decree No. 225, which stipulates the establishment of the disability of persons who apply for the establishment of disability during the period of martial law, in absentia regardless of the place of registration, residence or stay of the person.

According to the current legislation, medical and social expertise for establishing the disability group is carried out upon the referral of the health care institution after conducting diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation measures, in the presence of information that confirms a stable disruption of body functions caused by illness, injury or birth defects, which impair the ability to live.

In this case, the attending physician, including the family physician to whom the patient has sought medical care, makes a referral to ICU (form 088/o) when needed.

We would like to emphasize that the doctor, who makes a referral to ICER, can not ask the patient internally transferred person to fill out the declaration. Also, physicians may not ask patients to come in indirectly for a follow-up examination during the period of military status to confirm a permanent impairment of bodily functions due to illness, injury or birth defects that cause disruption of a person's ability to live.

In order to facilitate medical and social expertise, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Decree No. 225, which stipulates the establishment of the disability of persons who apply for the establishment of disability during the period of martial law, in absentia regardless of the place of registration, residence or stay of the person.

Medical and social examinations are carried out at the direction of the medical and advisory committee regardless of the place of registration, residence or stay of the person who applies for determination of disability.

Moreover, during the period of military service, persons with disabilities do not need to undergo a re-examination to confirm their disabilities in order to receive social benefits, because, according to the Cabinet of Ministers Decree № 390, the duration of disability and individual rehabilitation program (IRP) is renewed for the period of military status.

🎓 On the day Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic held a unique ceremony of awarding diplomas to the graduates of the baccalaureate year 2022. The graduates' celebration was attended by the deputy head of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast Military Administration, Vitaly Sivolap.

When he congratulated the young people on the completion of the training, he expressed his confidence that the knowledge acquired during the training will be used only for peaceful professions, because Ukraine is a peaceful country.

Rector of the university Victor Greshta greeted all graduates, saying that they are grateful to everyone who, even in such a difficult time, continues their studies. The rector expressed the hope that in the near future the bachelor's degree recipients will also become master's students this year, as well as those students of the university who, for reasons of general martial law, were unable to complete their studies today.

Bachelors of "Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic" received instructions for the future, wishes for success from the regional authorities, deans of faculties, members of the Board of Directors of the university and the heads of leading enterprises, institutions and organizations of the Zaporizhzhya region.

This year 1,513 young professionals received bachelor's degrees from the Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University.
