Representatives of the occupation administrations in the Kherson region are visiting industrial facilities. First of all - producers of food products. The aim is to encourage the management and staff to work together. A group of men (up to 10 men) in military uniform of the Russian Armed Forces with weapons arrives at the offices of commercial companies and ultimatumatically demands the continuation of production of products, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Department reports.

For this purpose, according to the Rashists, it is necessary to "officially" formalize their activities according to the Russian rules and obtain a "time permit" to work from the "military and civilian administrations". At the same time, all problematic issues, in particular the supply of materiel and the security of supply, should be solved through the local commandant's office.

The new owners and collaborators will be identified by the occupation administrations through people loyal to them.
